Sudah Menjadi Event Tahunan di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dalam menyambut dan memeriahkan bulan Suci Ramadhan, dimana ramadhan 1433 tahun ini masih di gelar Festival Arakan Sahur (FAS) ajang festival ini hanya ada dikota kuala tungkal dan satu satunya di Propinsi Jambi. dimana FAS ini diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dan merupakan agenda rutin Tahunan Dinas Pariwisata Budaya dan Olahraga. FAS ini dilaksanakan setiap akhir pekan selama bulan suci ramadhan acara ini selalu di tunggu masyarakat kota kuala tungkal dimana acara ini menampilkan maket dari masjid maupun dari sekolah dan juga perkumpulan yang ada di kota kuala tungkal. acara ini dilaksanakan pada malam hari pada pukul 24.00 wib dimana rutenya setiap malam minggu ini akan selalu berubah karna akan melewati jalan jalan yang ada di dalam kota kuala tungkal. arakan sahur ini memang rada unik dimana tabuhan dan bunyian yg di pakai menggunakan drum dan beduk serta menggunakan besi untuk tabuhan dan di sertai dengan yel yel hur sahur sahur kan makan makan dan num minum minum nah itulah sekelumit khas daerah kabupaten tanjung jabung barat propinsi jambi......semoga berkesan dan jika mungkin silahkan mampir ke kota kuala tungkal......salam info
